I can do hard things!

Mama Bledsoe is a master cookie maker & she told me all her secrets! I can't even tell you how amazing these cookies are. They were the perfect addition to a work-free, rainy day!

P.S   See those cute rosewood cooling racks? These are a homemade wedding present from Uncle Chris & Aunt Lou-Lou. Those of you who know me know I was one happy girl when I opened that gift. Thanks again!

A Brief Beginning

Reasons for starting this blog:

         >>  My family lives 757 miles away from us.
         >>  We bought a new camera and need SOMEONE to share our photos with
         >>  I swore never to do this, but its kind of our journal (cringe)
         >>  Trevor & Sarah have set the blog bar high. Must. Keep. Up!

Alright, so here is the first of, I'm sure many more, confessions. I am on the quieter, more introverted side of the social spectrum, and writing this blog is scary/new/stressful/different for me. So, hang tight. I will get better at it! And I plan on forcing Jordan to write a few guests posts as well.

Anyways, just to update everyone, Jordan and I met Spring of 2011. I was about to leave for home but before I did, Jordan managed to squeeze in a couple of dates (i.e. fires in the canyon, going to see Thor). Summer passed by quickly, although Jordan claims it felt like an eternity for him with unreturned facebook and text messages.  Regardless, within about a month of my return to Utah we were dating! And we never stopped. We got engaged (story to be told later) January 27th and were married May 17th in the Salt Lake Temple for eternity. And there's our love story in a nut-shell.

We will be moving from our little house in Provo to a, hopefully, cozy apartment in Salt Lake, where Jordan will be attending Law School at the University of Utah. We are both extremely excited to start that new chapter of our lives and to be closer to our Bledsoe family!
